Small Mammals

Raccoons, Woodchucks, Opossum, Squirrels & Skunks

Wildlife can be dangerous! Especially around pets and children. All wildlife carry parasites and disease and can become aggressive.

Squirrels can chew their way into your home and may chew on wires, potentially starting a fire.

Raccoons are known to carry many types of parasites and can also cause a lot of damage. They may look cute, but NEVER approach a raccoon, as they can become aggressive!

Woodchucks can cause major damage to gardens and lawns. They dig several entrance/exit holes, usually near a structure.

Opossum are North America's only marsupial. They are nomadic and rarely aggressive. It is said that they are immune to the rabies virus. They are beneficial to us, as they eat ticks. Opossum usually never find their way inside your home, as they prefer to hang out under sheds, woodpiles, and other outside places they can hide in.

Humane trapping and removal by a licensed professional is the safest and most effective way to handle these critters. Once removed, we will assist with repairs and further prevention.
